Juan Diaz Y Rosario was born around 1920 in Las Piedras, Puerto Rico to Zoilo Diaz Y Rosario and Justa Rosario Y Rodriguez. He married Martina Pinta, but they were divorced at his death. He moved to San Juan where he was a construction worker. He died on 6 September 1983 in San Juan of a heart attack contributed to by hypertension and was buried in the Las Piedras Municipal Cemetery.^[1]
